Collagen Mocha Latte

A healthier, yet delicious way to enjoy your morning coffee! This drink will leave you feeling satisfied and energized without crashing later from a sugar-low. Plus, there are actually benefits! Collagen not only helps give this drink a smooth and thick consistency, but it also helps repair skin cells, the gut lining, joints, and more. Ripple milk has added protein and omega-3 fats, which are essential for a number of reasons including brain function, immunity, and inflammation to name a few (not sponsored).

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Ripple milk, unsweetened (or any type of milk, but Ripple makes it more frothy, likely due to the added algal and sunflower oil and pea protein)

  • 1 cup brewed coffee

  • 1 Tbsp collagen peptides

  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

  • Optional: sweetener of your choice (chocolate stevia drops, maple syrup, or honey)

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until frothy.

3. Pour into your favorite mug--that's it!
