Yes! Fiber is fantastic for your overall health and you can add it to your coffee without tasting a difference.
I will discuss all the amazing benefits of fiber in another post, but I wanted to get this recipe out quickly this morning.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups Brewed coffee
1 tsp Collagen peptides
1 Tbs Acacia fiber
2-3 Drops liquid stevia to taste (I used butter toffee stevia)
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until foamy.
3. Enjoy!
