PMS Black Bean Brownie Batter

Wet Ingredients:

1 can black beans, drained

2 ripe bananas

1 scoop chocolate whey or plant protein powder (optional, but if not included, use chocolate stevia drops to taste, again optional, you can also use a liquid sweetener to taste)

1 Tbs flax meal

A few sprinkles of salt

~3 Tbs water-or to desired consistency

Dry Ingredients:

1/4 cup cocoa powder (I used hershey's unsweetened)

1/2 cup buckwheat flour

Instructions:

1. Add wet ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a bowl.

3. Mix in dry ingredients until combined.

4. Devour with a spatula until your little heart is satisfied with this chocolatey goodness.

Note: No source of healthy fats was added to this recipe, but I bet it would be delicious with added melted dark chocolate, coconut oil, grass-fed butter, and/or peanut butter.
