Spinach & Scallion Ranch Dip



In need of a healthy snack or party app? This dip is a healthier twist on a traditional ranch dip with vegetables, but tastes just as good. The only difference? It's fresher and you feel GOOD after enjoying it.

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, whole milk

1 Scallion

1/4 cup Frozen spinach, defrosted

1/4 tsp Garlic powder

1/4 tsp Onion powder

1/4 tsp Dill weed

1/4 tsp Parsley

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions:

1. Chopped spinach and scallion very finely.

2. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

3. Serve!

*Enjoy with your choice of raw vegetables and/or crackers. In this picture, I used Finn Crisp crackers because they have 1.5g fiber per cracker.
