Ingredients:
7 coffee/almond milk ice cubes (pre-frozen)
1-1.5 cups frozen spinach
1 apple
1/2 -ish cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla whey or plant protein
1/2 Tbs flax meal
1 Tbs raw walnuts
1/4 tsp vanilla
Vanilla creme stevia to taste
Sprinkle of salt
Instructions:
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
