Walnut Apple Cinnamon Coffee Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 7 coffee/almond milk ice cubes (pre-frozen)

  • 1-1.5 cups frozen spinach

  • 1 apple

  • 1/2 -ish cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey or plant protein

  • 1/2 Tbs flax meal

  • 1 Tbs raw walnuts

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • Vanilla creme stevia to taste

  • Sprinkle of salt

Instructions:

  • Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
